ADHD Support Groups

When you have ADHD sometimes it feels like you're the only one who canít seem to get their act together. It often helps to talk to others who have had similar experiences and can offer support or suggestions on how to remedy your situation. Just knowing you are not the only one can help on those really bad days. Iíve found that I often feel better just by helping someone else. Itís holiday time again and time to get into the spirit of giving and receiving. What better way than to help others who have ADHD? Iíve listed some online support groups and discussion forums to get you started. I will update these as I find more so check back often. If you know of any that should be added just send me an email and I will add it to the list.
